Subject: He was in the process of lighting up yet again - he just couldn't get enough of the soothing effects - but broke a slight smile, for her, anyway and nodded a little, following her gaze up to the dark stage where the scurrying of technicians could just barely be made out. "Yeah... Something to do." Slipping his lighter back into his pocket, he draped an arm around her shoulders and tugged her close to his side, forehead dropping to her temple as he kissed her cheek quietly for a moment. "Want a drink or something?"

  • She nodded a touch, reaching up to brush a kiss to his lips briefly - though whether it was for just the sake of it or for appearances it was unclear - before she nodded a touch and sent him off to get her a drink. Within moments though, they were whisked apart, him being greeted by various other musicians that he had toured with in the past or just knew vaguely and others that he had been acquaintences with. It was well over an hour into the party and she had quite a few drinks when the room started to get a little spinny again. Biting her lip, she just took another sip of the wine in her hand, noting for a second that her hand was trembling. Swallowing, she tried to focus on the woman who was talking to her but in seconds the world was black and she was out cold to the floor, much to the shock of the people around her - their astonishment appearant in a gasp.
