He just didn't want to be made a fool of, really, and if she fell, god forbid, in love, and ran off with some kid while he was touring Europe, well he would look like a bit of a fool. She didn't understand why he was pushing this about Ethan, she didn't even want to think about it, much less talk about it. It wasn't like she had forced herself on Ethan, he had wanted her even worse then she had wanted him. He made the decision to sleep with her, to cheat on his little blonde with the guitar, and then to drive his car into a tree.
