He promised her quietly, head dipping a little lower as he spoke to her. As much as it was like she was afraid of him actually walking away from her, he was just as afraid that she would actually want him too. His fingers brushed down her bare arm slowly and then back up, brows gently furrowed in quiet concern, darkened gaze almost apologetic.

It was strange how her moods could switch so quickly, from so angry with him to needing him so badly she was unsure if she wanted to let him out of her sight. "Alright..."
