As twisted as it was, in her mind, he showed he cared by keeping his infidelities under wraps and she did the same. Now though, he had changed that and the trust that was there was now gone and that just ruined everything. Plus, Kat's face was running through her mind and suddenly she had to ask. Everyone else kept him busy and sated when he couldn't be with her, but if ever given the choice - he would choose her over anyone else in a heartbeat.
