He sighed quietly again and his arms slipped tightly around her once more, his chin resting on top of his head and his eyes rolling up to the ceiling - many days, it had been thoughts of her and wanting to do right by her that had been part of his motivation not to give in, and he had a feeling that those days would never be completely gone. A hand curled around the base of her neck beneath her hair as he held her tightly - just perfectly content for the long moment to enjoy and appreciate the feeling of her back in his arms. She bit her lip a little before she drew back once more and cleared her throat, running her hand through her hair and brushing it back from her face as she cleared her throat. "You'll have to call Em and Ethan and tell them you are back...Emily's pregnant, they are actually getting really excited about it. I think it kind of shook up Ethan's world a touch but...he's getting on board with the whole thing." She wasn't sure if she was making small talk or just trying to fill him on what was going on.
