what i heard from your letter was this:
rather than contradicting each other several opposing ideas may reside together in the minds of women along parallel lines, juxtaposed. this can appear illogical but may not necessarily be so. there is catharsis in emotional outbursts that can lead to a clearer perspective. heightened emotion has a hormonal basis which is uncontrollable, this is a seat of power given by god. you go on to make a comparison with the madman/shaman who is also "touched by god". you close by asserting that some women may not be aware of their nature and are therefore ruled by their nature.
it was a very good letter! of course if the hormones are uncontrollable, then logically all women "will be utterly ruled by this flux" regardless of how aware/sentient they are. but leaving that aside as a small point, it was an excellent letter and beautifully written by the way!
his letter leaves much to be desired.
"Firstly, your logic is a little eschewed." well eschewed means "avoid" so i think he meant skewed.
his point about the madman being a man is irrelevant.
"These hormones are not a blessing by god, but a punishment enacted by the devil, who as a man, understood the wild behavior of women as a curse upon his fellow brother and acted justly."
i am not certain if this fellow is quite sane. if he speaks as a christian, then did god not create all things? including hormones? is the devil a man? since when? rubbish.

i am sorry delena, but this does not sound quite sane. i think jade and storm already commented about this part and also made some other very good comments in general so i will stop at this point.
