This is in response to my fellow citizen initialled IP on the question relating to Motu Koita issue in Pom.

The underground "gossips" amongst some of the well-to-do Papuans is that, in essence; Motu-koitabu people sacrificed their land for the sake of unity of PNG. In return no govt. has taken any serious steps to recognise the Motu-Koita people by way of giving them some degnity of recognition as special people within the complex development environment of NCD.
The way Bougainvilleans went about to get their interest was through Violence. Misima Landowners advocated to bargain for interest with similar tacts but did not work properly. The Southern Highlanders are trying to do similar in order to achirve their objectives etc.
Now if PNG Nat Govt. can say yes to Bougainvilleans and give them their autonomy in in 14 years time, surely the Moyu-Koitabuans will deland their say and I am pretty certain that they will get it. How? All strategical nerves or arguments have been worked out and are ready to be explored for possible implemenation about the same time when Bougainvilleans get their autonomy. On the same climate, Papuan as a region can manouvre to capture this momentum.
The only stable people in all issues are TRUE TRUE Milne Bayans and if we can individually advaocate this now, we will surelly will get to somewhere. If we don't start walking a mile, we can't be able to walk a 14 miles.
