Tasi,

We've had policy of all sorts coming out our ears for the last 28 years and yet we are still backward! The provision of basic services and the upkeep of existing infrastructure is minimal to nonexistant. This is one fact that thousands of policies haven't even nailed down. Trying to influence policy change so that limited resources can be redirected to high impact areas should have been a given for the last 2 decades.


On a lighter note, Moses Maladina is doing what every other leader should be doing- helping his people be more self sufficient.
