Thanks for the inputs. I am aware of the 4 higher Kriyas that you speak of but it is my understanding that in order to receive them one has to be regular at ALL (Hong Sau, Om, Maha Mudra, Joyti Mudra, as well as Kriya)the techniques otherwise one will not be allowed to undertake any of the higher kriyas. In my own case, being that I am in the air force, I often have only time enough to do Kriya twice a day as instructed and cannot devote the time to the other techniques. It is because of my existing circumstances that I feel I have no way of ever receiving the higher Kriyas unless I either retire from military service, get out of the service all together, or go by without my necessary sleep requirements in which case I get awful cranky and am not only hard to get along with others but with myself as well. None-the-less I do appreciate the inputs. It's always nice to know what others think.
