Youve made an interesting point here. I certainly feel way out of my league reading some of the posts already written in this thread (especially yours about the history and influences of ancient societies on modern mathematical and scientific thought). I feel like that proverbial "common man" you are alluding to in your post. However I am also happy to realize that this vast freedom of the Reality which we are co-existing in lends scope to such a fascinating variety of individual pursuits while at the same time we all serve common purposes and experiences as well.
