This means that only the unmanifest part of God that exists outside of the small part of God that we call the creation is anything close to the concept that we think of when we think of something not changing. Within the creation God is always at work and constantly creating and everything is always growing and changing. Virtue, God's life force, is always finding new ways to manifest Itself. Does this affect our individual realization when it comes? When someone attains the fullness of Christ Consciousness, they are conscious of the presence of Christ, the first light of creation, within and around them and within and around everyone. So, even though there may be ever new and different manifestations of the Divine in the creation, the Christ Conscious being will always be able to see the reality behind each one. So, it makes no difference in one sense, but it means that we must always be open to what may seem to be new ideas and new ways that Spirit choses to communicate with us. We cannot get stuck in old teachings to the point where they become dogmatic and the followers have no personal realization of the Divine themselves and, therefore, have no way to stay in tune with the ever chaging ways of the Divine.
