#1. You posted the callout for Tim's spot correctly.
#2. Just b/c you challenged him a month or more back does
not mean that he HAS TO AGREE/ACCEPT.
#3. Since there has NOT been an actual club race day since
the current king/queens have recieved their spots,
everyone that holds a spot at the present time is
allowed 1 missed race day. (whether it's tim or anyone
else).
#4. If Tim does not reply to the callouts, we will have to
allow him this next racedate as a work day, or a break
down. If he does not attend the next race date that's
set; then he(and all other spot holders) keep their
spots unless someone beats their time by more then 2/10ths. That's the rules.
