Congratulations to J.C. on his great victory today over Frenchman's X. When J.C. left out of the hole, it was akin to hearing a shotgun go off at close range. I knew immediately that J.C. wasn't running a 389 and his car wasn't remotely weighing what X was weighing. He must've pulled 3-4 lengths in 330 ft. That car was really working well.
However, the alleged comments of "not running Frenchman anymore" are silly at best. That's why he loaded his car up and hauled his ass when I said, "Come on J.C., let's do it again... the ET's are just too close; a winning 9.694 @ 115 mph. to a losing 9.698 @ 149.20 mph." Did I say that it was a close race? And "NO," he wasn't patting the gas; but DID have to get out of it before it suffered the same fate as Bozo the Clown.
Maybe Turbo Mike was patting the gas too when it went kaboom?
And maybe J.C. had it pilled to be killed. Maybe X was suffering a belt & alternator problem? Maybe Frenchman left his mundane, street tune-up on X just to measure the performance of J.C.'s goat? Were there really larger jets in Big Nasty's medicine cabinet? If the aforementioned comments are true, then bring your piggy bank, next time, if you believe that Frenchman's X was all-out.
I do like J.C. and he works the tree very well and his car DOES HAUL ASS OUT OF THE HOLE. He impressed me today! Sorry weenies. You did not.
