I feel that this is a miserable ,sad decision. My heart goes out to all those men who served in the Blue Water Navy, off the shores of Nam,those in Thailand, & where ever they were exposed to the defoliant ,Agent Orange.For so many its too late & the longer this drags on the later it become for those who are suffering from AO prsumptives.The boots on the ground rule IMHO is just plain wrong.
