the information can be found at many websites but this is
NOT what I do.
I consider that a bird with clipped wings is NOT safe from
hawks and owls-or even other poultry.
The better alternative is to
COVER THE PEN WITH WIRE.
My peafowls have secure pens attached to coops or with
rain shelter that has perches.

Also they will need to fly up to their roost at night? Feed them little and often in the area you want them to stay in.
