Subject: just a dumb apartment fan

hello apartments fan

i'm a french apartments-pmw fan
(de Paris)
i don't have any rarities
i'm not sure i need it

I just live with that music since 1993 and am still fascinated by it.
I don't want to bother PMW
I wish I could walk somewhere in Australia passing under his windows having a look at the place he lives
i won't knock to his door
(what for ?)
(if he is ok, whatever he's doing is fine)

i wish i was a writer to put down all what is unsaid in those songs
(and i think afterwards i'm grateful i'm not a writer for who needs that !)

i always felt this music as a truly cinematographic one
and dreamed a lot about making a movie about it
(i am grateful i not a movie maker either, just a dumb apartment fan)

another thing i went to dream of was a collection of writings, and testimony
about the band ant the man (not "people" stuff just accounts and interviews, documentary things,
lived "from the inside").

the only thing i have ever read concerning PMW was a paper in the french magazine
"les inrockuptibles" years ago (when Drift came out) nothing else
(well i must confess i don't read musical magazine that much).

it could be an good thing to do : gather documents, memories, accounts of concerts ...etc.

what for ?
i don't know yet
(i'm not a éditor nor publisher nor anything ; just a dumb apartment fan).

If someone had somewhere something true concerning the man and the band
or if someone knew a good paper written somewhere
i'll be glad to read it

or if someone have a story to tell
i would be glad to hear it

it could be possible to put that together afterwards

what do you think ?
