  • Actually, just pester me. It was my idea to delete the Neutrals, and actually my idea to create them. And they were, may I point out, created so that Tiberius would retain his royalty. Then they were deleted since there were only 4 active Neutrals in the entire section. And four active Neutrals is not enough to keep a section, especially since the Dark Dragons were forcing the Neutrals to choose a side.
