Lizzy (Isis) deleted the Neutrals. I made the dragons, all by myself, so I felt I still deserved a royalty spot. I'm sorry if you don't agree. No, you may not make a new neutral Dragon section, because I, Megan, and Lizzy, are the only ones in charge of the Dragon section. Next time you have a problem, please, do not pester poor Ashley, Fran, and Kate, but ask me or Isis at our territories.
