To Bob" on 08:05:43 05/07/02 Tue Hi Bob, I think Geoff Fieger's behavior as an attorney in the court room demonstrated a no nonnense attitude in terms of impartiality, bias and data that was inaccurate or imappropriate violating court procedures and the rights of an individual. Geoff is real and he does not hold back when there is a violation in court proceedings. He had one hell of a fight on his hands. I love drama!! The attitude that something was wrong with his behaior goes along with the southern oppression of pro prosecution and pro police. Anyone that stands up against the corruption that goes on in the court system today is labeled a behavioral problem. Geoff was actually defending the rights of all people to have an impartial and fair trial. I applaud Mr. Feiger with admiration and great respect. I pray there are more Geoff Feigers raised up in this country at least five in every court room daily. I know if I were in the situation that Ralf is in I would definitely choose an attorney with the experience, quality and nononsense attitude of Geoff Feiger. Yeah, Fieger for President ... Did you know in Plant City three officers have been convicted of federal offenses for violating the civil rights of individuals through lies, false searches ... the attorney general of the United States made a statement that he believes there is far more corruption in the Plant City Police department that has been exposed. All the cases associated with the three officers are being investigated and dismissed if necessary. Plant City is typical of what goes on in the South. Geoff's behavior would have been applauded in New York City, Boston, Los Angelos, and other areas where the fight has been won in protecting the civil rights of individuals. Recently, I had an experience where an officer lied on a police report just made up something and I have a witness who was there to tell the truth. Guess what it was in Plant City! Blaming Geoff Feiger for inappropriate behavior is a typical attitude prevalent in oppressed areas where Police lie and get away with it and the prosecutor runs the court room with shadowed evidence, emotionalism and dime store soap operas. Geoff Feiger is a wake up call for the Sarasota Court System. The slaves are now free and we the people are not slaves to oppression in the court room. The point of Ms. Cambell having heart problems is well taken she just could have caused her own death and been stomped on after falling to the ground dead. The expert witnesses reported she was in low grade congestive heart failure when she made the phone call to have the red mini van removed from the property. The accusation that Ralf brutally beat her, stomping on her face was dissipated with the facts relating to Ms. Cambell's health. Yes, Mr. Feiger I applaud your defense and I understand what you were accomplishing. The people in the South are indoctrinated to stand by and allow police and prosecutors to violate their civil rights. No one has come to their rescue or it's too costly to fight the battle. A Geoff Feiger appears aggressive and out of line when in reality he is totally appropriate - he's just batteling attitudes cultivated over time that have allowed gross abuse toward the people in the south in terms of civil rights and other constitutional rights. Go get them Geoff clean the house .. I wish someone like Geoff or Geoff himself would start an organization educating people and exposing the corruption in the court system today.
