 Ralf's apellate attorney, Judith Ellis has filed her brief for a new trial. We are now waiting on the state's rebuttal brief, which should be in 60 to 90 days. Then the court can take up to 6 months to issue a decision. We are hoping of course that they will not take that long. Hopefully we will have the ruling by early summer. But it looks like we won't see a new trial before late fall at the earliest. I will keep you posted on further developments.
