 Ralf is appealing his conviction for 2nd degree murder. Right now nothing is posted on the web. The State has 60 to 80 days to file a rebuttal brief before the case goes before the appelate court. The court can take up to 6 months to render a decision in the case. When that happens it will be a matter of public record and anyone who is willing to pay the fees can access the case and read the appeal.
