 Sorry it's been so long since I've posted. Ralf's case went to the appelate court a little over 2 months ago. So now it's just a waiting game. We don't expect an answer for at least another 9 months, or so. I will be very surprised if we hear sooner. There is so much stuff for the court to review. We are feeling very confident about the outcome. The state did not present a very persuasive brief and both Ralf and I expect that the verdict will be overturned. I will post as soon as I have any news. In the meantime Ralf and I are doing just fine. I visit him everyweekend, and write him in between.
