 This is the hardest post I've ever had to make. The appelate court denied Ralf's appeal on October 31st with no reason given. This limits our options now. Ralf will be filing to be deported back to Germany to serve his sentence. If he is successful I will be following him to Germany. I'm not sure what our legal options are right now. I'm waiting to hear back from Geoff. But I haven't given up by a long shot. I will post developments as they arise. In the meantime for those out there who support us, please keep us in your prayers.
