It would be better for a number of reasons. Ralf would be closer to his friends, and it is his native country afterall. The prisons there would allow conjugal visits, YEY!!! Ralf could receive care packages form family and friends. He could have a computer and TV in his cell. But most importantly, Germany does not have life without parole. So Ralf would be a free man after a few years. He would have a record but at least he would be free. I very much want a life with him. Ralf promised me that if the appeal was denied he would apply to be tranferred. He will still explore ways to clear his name, but if he can be transferred before that happens he will go. I don't have much faith that Ralf will ever see justice in Florida, and I just want a life with him.
