Hmmm, you are an attorney huh? Do you have a Web site dedicated to you? Oh, no fans?! I wonder why?

I may be wrong here but I believe a defense attorney has a right to support the claim that his/her client did not commit the crime in question. In supporting that claim the said attorney can show a different scenario than the one presented by the prosecution, which may include a different person committed the crime, a crime wasn't really committed, etc. And don't forget that one person may see (or interpret) the 'facts' differently than another person would. Therefore the 'truth' for one person may not be the 'truth' for another.

Geoff's popularity fading? I don't see it, especially since I 'introduce' him, and the fansoffieger site, to at least 1 person per week!

The only reason, in my opinion, that some of Geoff's cases are so well known to be overturned on appeal is because they are high profile cases so they are reported on. I won't get into the political favoritism. What about the ones he has won that weren't overturned?

No, you are right, I am not an attorney. But I do play one at home!!
