He prob'ly would have, except I stayed away from him. No, I don't think anyone suspected our identities, and I believe the mission was pretty sucessful...
I had time to visit the Idunea with a shopping list from this Major Makare, accompanied by Kailia - a rogue, apparently of no high rank in the Federation as of yet. The shopping list included T130 Goman, which the attendant refused to sell to either side of the planetary war, and a laser pistol. Kailia picked up a few droid chips, namely upgraded processing and memory chips for her T5-34 droid, two laser pistols, and tried to pick up a 35GH laser knife which was not available, as she attempted to bribe the attendant for the T130 Goman.
~she continues, relaying information about the wolf and the Federation situation~
The Feds are pretty weak at this time. There are very few members that I've seen, the strongest of such being Major Makare and her wolf. Not only because the Major appears to lead the whole opperation, but also because they had to bring in a cleaning crew for the solitary reason to remove the carnage caused by the wolf. The floors were slick with blood, and bodies were heaped everywhere. He had made fast work of some of the Federation backup... And is most definately a threat to any enemy of Major Makare's... Or anyone, really, if they irk him enough...
During my mission, I masqueraded as a mechanic and installed an extra part to their communications computer. This specific part is activated by a sudden surge of information, and can record up to three hours audio or visual communication, varying by how much space remains on the chip. It also records information as it passes, and the amount of information it has stored effects how much more information can be saved... It is rendered dormant when the surge of information ends, and is useless when the chip has been filled. The information can only be accessed by this handheld here, or by removing the chip from the device.
~she holds up the computer in question and briefly explains how removing the chip is difficult~
If the device is merely opened or opening is attempted, 'twill self-distruct. Yes, one can get the code but it would take a good hacker several hours to find it... And there's plenty of decoy codes that will induce self-distruction of the device to further protect it. However, the chip can be recovered. It contains no traces on who programmed it or who the information belongs to, so even if the Feds manage to get a hold of it, it's pretty useless cuz it contains merely their information in the first place.
