His hand glides over his brow once more, wincing as it passes reluctantly against the rough, blood-soaked bandage which had done nothing to prevent the bleeding. He nods silently, tilting his gaze away from the hot, pelting light of the sun. "I suppose you're right.." His sentence drains off as he pulls himself uneasily to his feet, groaning under his breath in reaction to the pain of his ribs.

"Not much help I can be right now." He pauses, tracing his fingers along the back of his neck. "How long was I down there?"
