That is something I had hoped to figure out as we went along. Regardless, we must keep this man under guard. Don't give him a chance to speak with th Federation. We don't want to seem hostile, especially if you really are on our side, but that brings us to another question: Just why were you "lurking" in the hall? Why didn't you just enter the meeting? Hmm?
