*He coughs deeply, regaining conciousness, the faint echo of clanking metal and footsteps pumping endlessly through his mind as his gaze retrieves its focus, though hazy mist about him prevents him from any vision greater than a few feet ahead him.. His hand instinctively raises to his forehead in an attempt to illeviate the pain, brushing past his rough brow and removing the warm lather of blood that had collected, the meandering streams begining to stream between his eyelids, a sudden pang arising as the otherwise pensive nerves burn with the presence of the thick liquid, his vision becoming further blurred... Glancing over what is visible of his half-burried body, he collects the damage: A strong blow to his head, causing minor bleeding above his brow; A small fracture of the upper left arm; And possibly a few fractured ribs, which would explain the pain in his chest.*

*He forces the loose pile of rubble off of his chest and legs, pushing it messily to the dusty floor and pulling himself uneasily to his feet.. He disrobes his heavy jacket, tossing it to the floor and ripping his white cloth shirt to form a make-shift sling which he carefully winds over his shoulder and under his lower arm, supporting the break as well as possible...* What was that.. *He mutters hoarsely, wiping his brow with the back of his hand to remove the collection of blood, his words followed by a fluent stream of cursing as he makes his way painfully about the debris-infested room. Tearing off sheets of mottled metal and chunks of wood with his good arm, he searches the room for any other sign of life..* Does anybody need help... *He calls forcefully, his voice still hoarse from the thick surrounding of dust..* Raven...? Meridian! Can anybody hear me.. *He releases another deep cough, tipping his face toward the floor to scan the surface for anything further..*

*He feels about his waist for a moment, postponing his search, for the first time in perhaps hours realizing that he is not armed.. He pushes through the carpet of debris toward the door, stumbling out into the equally dark hallway in search of his submitted weapons. Post to a quick search, he retrieves his gun and a small, oddly-shaped curved blade which he tucks into a tiny holster by his left side. He stops short at the sharp resonance rising from directly ahead him, stepping carefully foreward as he cocks his newly-found gun.. He steps into the tiny trickle of light, dropping his weapon to the floor as he finds the source of the emmitions..* Raven...? *He nearly whispers, letting the leather strap slip easily out from between his fingers, his gun clattering as it settles against the cold, hard floor..*
