John, didn't the consultants hired by the church to write the Position Papers advise them not to teach, quote, or use the Book of Mormon, unless it were a simplistic verse completely disconnected with the nature of the Book of Mormon itself, and unassociated with the book's core message? This is because the men the leadership deemed most trustworthy to evaluate the book were, at their time of hiring, known to be skeptics and unbelievers regarding the nature of the church itself.

You and I disagree on the central facts of reality so much, John, that I used to write quite lengthy posts trying to get through to you. Expect them to be much shorter from now on. They will be much too short to deal effectively with the ramifications of the following situation you find yourself in in this instance: that of an unbeliever trying to quote scripture to manipulate people who do believe. I'll have to trust to the common sense of the average reader to identify your self-oontradictions and paradoxes.

George
