careful George! you are not making any sense!

perhaps you should read the temple lot case... the court system in the usa would have no right then, as they have no right now, to determine based on doctrines and beliefs as to who might be a legal continuation of the church... beliefs and doctrines have not place in a court of law. law has place in a court of law.

the book of mormon speaks of those with "hard hearts and stiff necks"... we have determined that in many cases those who ended up leaving or being locked out were already "problem children who did not play well with others"... hard hearts and stiff necks... when God called for the faithful to follow they turned their backs.
