I used to go to camps and reunions at Samish Island, Washington. There were testimonies that it was sacred ground, not only by our evangelist, but by the Native American tribe, the Samish, who told my parents one time that they were taking very good care of it. My parents were caretakers there for nine or ten years.

But GALA was allowed to have their reunion there, thus profaning sacred land. They have also profaned other church campgrounds. If the c-not-of-c was not part of the problem this would not have happened.
