Lois, the revisioning of the church includes revisioning its history. The leadership has decided that the entire history of the early church is pure propaganda. So they have decided to replace it with more propaganda that suits their mindset better.

Kind of like the arab states insisting that the Israelis are "illegally occupying Palestine." For twenty years, Syria, Jordan, and Egypt occupied every square inch of nonIsraeli Palestine, making a "Palestinian state" impossible. However, there was nary a peep out of any arab country, arabs, or liberal fruitcakes anywhere about this illegal occupation.

That's why so many marxists are in education. Anyone, including our president, who was not alive in 1947, is completely dependent upon testbooks and class instruction to know anything about real history prior to 1960. That gives those who control the flow of information the power to change history in the manner that Orwell described.

You know, I never did get an explanation from Dr. Smith about why he invited the creator of the Sandanista secret police to speak on Peace in the Kirtland Temple. I guess that was too close to the point.

Interesting that Russell thinks that Joseph Smith's "sacramental adultery" (as termed by the Cof historian) is an "abomination" but that "sacramental sodomy" is not. That's almost exactly like the "White men are the Devil" story of the black muslims, except that in this case, it's the heterosexuals who are the evil ones.

While dishonestly howling about the way that Christians have supposedly treated others unjustly, the propagandists are working to "get even" by working things around to treat the Christians the same way that the propagandists say that Christians treated others. That's how Atlanta got burned to the ground, and tens of thousands of people who had never owned slaves lost their property, lives, and loved ones. The propagandists had written a plot in which these people were evil slavers. That's when the La Farge Syndrome kicked in.

That's the Golden Rule of Psychotics: "Treat Others as you like to imagine that they have treated you." Just tell people that anyone who follows Jesus follows the Golden Rule, and that the imaginary thing that they did to you must be what they want you to do back to them.

The next holocaust will be of orthodox Christians. The propaganda machine hasn't gone into high gear yet.
