Murmuring various curses under his breath, some made up on the spot, Adam walks right up to Storm and stares at her with his violet eyes. A glint of something vanishes from his face as he looks in silence at his love...Was it resentment? Jealousy? Whatever it was, as it evaporated it seemed to leave Adam's face pure, pristine, with no lines of age or guilt...Seemingly breaking his trance, Adam turns away from her.
Now, I don't understand! Why is this happening to us, Storm? Why are you doing this to me, too...I thought you loved me, as I do you. Can you not just see this is all something made up, made up in my head to fool your ancient father? No, apparently not...For you torture me so...
Cringing at the harsh comments made, almost seeing sparks flying from the two fueding enemies. "You can go with us to our dinner date, Storm; make it a double date...Why don't you come with our Mister Guard over there." Adam whispers to himself, not daring to speak any louder. "No, wait...I've forgotten. You've already broken a guard's heart..."
