Panthers punter rips Bucs' Gramatica

Carolina punter Todd Sauerbrun added some spice to Sunday's Panthers-Buccaneers game when he complained about the exuberant celebrations of Tampa Bay kicker Martin Gramatica on Friday.

"The guy needs to act like he's been there before," Sauerbrun said.
It's like when guy a scores a touchdown, just hand the ball back to the ref. It's the same thing for him," Sauerbrun said. "I mean, come on, he's made game-winning kicks before. I think people around the league will respect him more if he just goes about his business on the field."

Sauerbrun said he wasn't necessarily focusing on Gramatica's celebration in the first meeting but his general attitude when he makes a field goal.

"He really needs to chill out, plain and simple," Sauerbrun said. "You don't see me jumping around when I hit a 70-yard punt like I've never done that before."

Todd Sauerbrun better be a bad ass cause tomorrow could be his final day..
