The only one that really scared me was Unhrue with Gerry. Especially that part where he's on stilts in the background when Scully was on the phone.

Home was kind of scary but moreso it as just plain disturbing. I don't like to watch the scene where the Sheriff and his wife are killed when that ep is rerun.
And the scene where the lady in Terms of Endearment gives birth to the devil baby in the teaser was creepy too but it worked more on a "that's gross!" level.

I was also scared/disturbed by what Cassandra Spender was put through by her evil husband in Two Fathers/One Son.
And one of the best scary visuals which looked realy cool was the shot of the First Elder in thre train car watching Scully in the background. Was she on the phone with Mulder again in this? I guess Scully on the phone with creepy guys watching her from behind works well!
Mayber it makes me think of those old "he's in the house!" ghost stories.

There may have been other eps that had scary scenes but the show generally doesn't really scare me to watch. Maybe because I know Mulder is protecting me. Ha Ha ;-)
