Subject: Scary XF shows

CC reckons he is going to go back to telling scary stories this season. I was watching Darkness Falls yesterday and thinking how this is one of my very favourite eps because it is scary , without being too gory. The big blue ep was also a good one [love the pic above] and Detoured had me very scared. NOt many eps really have me scared for Mulder and Scully but Detoured takes the cake on that. HOme, of course is scary but very disturbing and gory and Irrasistible[I never know how to spell this] of course would be the most scary and disturbing ep of all. I can't comment on Orison as I knew what was going to happen. Probably would have had me scared though.

What other good old fashioned scary eps have there been? The snake teacher one wasn't bad. Perhaps Tooms and Squeeze? Any others? It will be interesting how CC's S8 scary eps stand up to some of the better previous ones.
