Aaarrgghh! Doesn't CC know the fans will pay unheard of amounts of money for the photos he's BURNING??!!

I still haven't read any spoilers for next week, detoured, but I can't help but think of the teaser scene of Scully in Ms. Mulder's apt on the phone (to Mulder?) saying she had found something she didn't expect to - or something to that effect. So I'm betting Mrs. Mulder left a sign of some sort and Scully found it.

She did seem desperate to talk to Mulder. So why didn't she leave more than one message? She must have been killed shorty after making the only one she left. That's what I think.

I never liked her too, because I love Mulder and she has caused him so much pain, indirectly of course, but still the source. But I have felt very sorry for her too, because the things that ruined her life, caused her to affect Mulder's life. These events and situations were out of her control. I found I was truly saddened by her death - perhaps because of my own un-resolved issues with my mother - and thought what a shame. While I really don't want to believe she killed herself, who's to know what a person faced with her horrible disease and horrible memories would do?

But if she didn't, why was she burning the pictures?

will the truth be revealed in flashback? It's been awhile since CC's used them.
