I guess what bugged me about that scene was that Scully was apparently upset with Mulder's tactics yet waited until he was done to tell him she thought he was out of line. It seems to me that if she feels that strongly about his behavior, especially if she thought it might compromise the case, she has a responsibility to try to stop it. Chastising him after the fact won't help.

I realize Scully does this a lot. It just irritates me that a woman who is so strong in her convictions, so devoted to justice, would not take action. Where is the Scully of FTF that ordered: "Don't think! Just pick up the phone and make it happen!"?
