Hi Sig!

Good to see you again. I loved your explanation about the poetry of this episode. I wish some of those who absolutely hated this episode would debate with you. Or have you spoke to some detractors already?

Interesting idea on the reasons for Mrs. M burning the photos. I've never seen that idea mentioned. I still don't like her and feel we need to learn more about her. How is it that Mulder had two such self absorbed spineless parents and yet he turned out so wonderful? Maybe his goodness is a consvcious rebellion asgainst his parent's bad traits. He fights to be unlike them.

I can't say I agree with any descrepancy regarding the diary scene. I haven't watched it in awhile but I just know I loved it. Another sad aspect was that Scully did not appear to believe Mulder was really reading Sam's words.

I liked the use of the boy leading Mulder at the sceance. He probably suffered a violent death and it was his purpose to bring Mulder to his final reunion with Samantha. It worked for me. It was Mulder's link to all the children, not just his sister.

Great cooments as always Sig. I stilcan't think asbout this episode toomuch. Too sad!
