What if the BH is the father of the baby? Who is to say that he hasn't ever impersonated Mulder on several occasions? Of course there would be descrepancies in both Mulder's and Scully's memories so I guess we can safely throw that theory out the window.

I think I said ages ago that maybe CSM got the BH to cure Scully of her infertility but I would never have thought that the BH could have impersonated CSM. Perhaps the BH and CSM were working together on this but if so then why would BH impersonate CSM inorder to go through the woods and kill the assassin? Maybe it really was CSM who killed the assassin as he wanted Scully to live but it could have been the BH on the warf who did the slight of hand with the fake CD and then threw the real CD into the lake. CSM may not have had time to get back yet.Maybe CSM would have given Scully the real CD. I bet he wasn't happy to find out that BH had slipped her the fake one. If he ever did find out.

If BH did aid CSM [or did it on his own] in restoring Scully's ability to conceive then when he met Mulder under the spaceship in Requiem he would have known about the pregnancy and maybe he was surprised to see Mulder there. BH would know that a pregnancy was on the cards but would also know that Scully was indeed pregnant because his force field rejected her. Whether BH set it up to reject her or whether it just did it after sensing another uncatalogued life within her, I don't know. But by the look on BH's face when he saw Mulder, he knows about the pregnancy. Mulder looked a bit scared in that scene I thought.
