Subject: Uh Oh! I had a new reaction to the Millennium kiss

The FX channel is showing Season 7 episodes now so I'm watching the famous scene the other night. I always thought it meant a great deal. But this l ast time I watched it it looked differently. When Mulder says the world didn't end and Scully agrees it does, as some suggested, seem to have as negative connotation. Watching it this time it did seem like, whie they both thought it was very nice, they also realized it was no big deal and they both knew that there just wasn't a big spark between them (which did seem to bother them) and they would just always great friends and nothing more.

Can you shippers help with this new reaction I had?!
