I agree that there is kind of a link between "Amor Fati" and "all things". In both cases, either Mulder or Scully got a chance to see what their lives might have been like if they'd taken a different path and, in both cases, they realized that they belonged with each other.
I thought "Signs and Wonders" was okay. Personally, I liked it better than "Orison", which was the other intensely religious ep of Season 7.
I may be the only person who feels this way but, in the case of Teena Mulder's suicide, I tend to agree with Scully. I don't think it was really conspiracy/mytharc linked at all. The woman had a rare, fatal disease and she chose to commit suicide before it reached the point where she was in constant pain and totally incapacitated.
One episode you didn't mention that I thought was really good, but didn't get much attention, was "The Amazing Maleeni".
