Subject: Fanfic recommendation for all those talking about the 'new level of MSR'stuff. Esp. Rab-id, IG and Stardoe (anyone else too!)...

This is so weird. All this talk about when M&S might have gotten together and especially the post from Rab-id in the Rush/TGV thread which gives a reasonable explantion why Scully seemed a bit solemn looking in 'all things' and then I read this fanfic that just fits in SO well with all of this. Especialy taking in Rab-id's comments. I loved it if you all would read these (if you haven't stumbled across them already) and let me know what you think of the author's perspective. At first I thought Mulder seemed too sad but the more I read the more I could see Mulder and Scully acting just this way. It seemed very real.

It's a series of short stories (I read all four in one sitting) that take place between the events of "all things" up to "Requiem". It does go with the idea that "all things" was the first time but we don't know about the level their relationship may have been changing up to that point so that would still be up for speculation. But I really liked this take on things a lot and gives a different view other than M&S being all happy and ecstatic about being in love. Not that there's anything wrong with that but this seemed really in character to me. Anyone agree? Disagree?

Note: None of the parts are overly explicit (just mild) if that bothers anyone. Plus that made it work even better because they actually could show a lot of this story on tv!
