I don't get your objction to number 4. What's wrong with Scully asking for bloodwork?

The one thng that "bugged" me other than the bug themselves (Ha Ha! I crack myself up!) was Skinner taking so long to shoot that guy. Obviously it ws just for dramatic effect. Someone elsewhere suggestd something about Skinner maybe just not being used to sooting anyone since he's mainly a desk man now.
