Mulder doesn't need an "excuse" to kiss Scully!! Okay, maybe he did for the very first kiss, but now that they've gotten past that he can just kiss her because they're wildly, passionately, madly *IN LOVE* with each other!!!
One of the things I was hoping to see (and have been greatly disappointed by *NOT* seeing) in Season 7, was more "casual kissing". That is, not necessarily full-blown, romantic, mouth-to-mouth kissing like in "Millenium" (although I certainly wouldn't have *objected* to more of that kind of kissing !) but just Scully kissing him on the forehead when he's in the hospital (hasn't he been in the hospital in virtually every episode this season? It seems like it!) or Mulder kissing Scully on the cheek when they have to be separated for more than a few hours (a good time for quick "goodbye kiss" would have been when she was going up to the mountain cabin in "Theef" and he was staying behind to do more investigatin).
It would be nice to see them just indulging in these brief displays of affection.
