Subject: Tooliness!? LOL

You bring back great memories of this guy I used to work with who loved using the expression "tool" all the time. :-)

I thought Mulder just seemed out of character in this one too. I think we may have to blame DD a bit though. Hard to say since CC directed it. I think Mulder's gaming enthusiasm may have been scripted (wrongly IMO) while his innuedno humor seemed more like a DD decision. It fits him! I guess they just wanted to show Mulder as a adolescent juvenile just like every other guy! LOL I don't see him as being a video game fan either. I didn't really like his reaction to the arrival of Darryl Misashi as if Mulder wouldf be such a great fan of someone in the gaming world. It just didn't seem like our Mulder to me.

I just found the police scene with all the cops standing around silly because they have seen everything in their line of work. Maybe they do act like that though! I don't really hang around police stations much (only fire stations! ;-) )

Yeah I think he was just teasing Scully with the "blasting stuff" line too. Why do you suppose he was tryiong to annoy her? Did he think she was genuinely jealous?
