'why can't everybody just think like me, then there wouldn't be any problem' the mayor thinks.

"Did you say something Mayor?" CW stops and eyes the mayor.

"um...well....I said have you seen Rabid?"

CW looks around the room, guided by her trusty knitting needle. "Don't see her here, she may have gone home. She is exhausted lately." CW lowers her voice and moves close to the mayors ear."You ARE aware that she has become involved in another 'show'."

"WHAT" the mayor looks at her in disbelief."Not our Rabid, she is the one who cleans the bird poop out of the SHipper garden, she can't be involved with someone else"

kenamom continues "nono, it must be something else. Now where is kande I have a new headline to discuss with her. How about 'Mayor Kenamom, distinguished Shippervillian dignitary conquors evil alien attack' " kenamom smiles at her self congratulatory idea.

"It sounds great Mayor, but shouldn't we discover what they aliens want first?" CW counts her stitches, "and what exactly are they after?"

"phewy, details schemetails....Stardoe will figure it out, now if you will excuse me but if I am going to be headline news I really need a haircut and manicure.
