Subject: I think as long as you are not selling them *as* Berenguer babies then it is legal. For instance, you buy umm...material to make clothes, but the material company can not be angry because you paid *their* price for the material. As long as Berenguer is making their money, its not illegal. (This is info I got from Catherine, who makes the H2O babies)

  • Lainy: She didn't say they were illegal actually, she just said it wasn't worth her money! I just thought we should clear that up before this continues...as long as you pay the dealer for the doll, reselling them isn't a big deal! I read about it somewhere, I think from Catherine, who explained that by buying the dolls (Berenguer) she's giving the company 14% of her profit! :o) Hope this clears it up!
