Well, no. They also don't come with stuffing. You need to buy stuffing and put a bit of rice (for the baby body, I recomend rice in the bum) to weigh the baby down. But the body parts (head, legs, arms) are already fairly heavy. I have a couple cups of rice in Ryan and combine that with the body parts...he's five and a half pounds!
